Final Verdict : MTC plays the vital role in the life of every Chennai citizen. In coming days, we have planned to review more on the services and quality of the MTC.

BSNL Poorband Service(Popularly called BSNL DATAONE BROADBAND)

BSNL - Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, owned by Indian Govt. and controlled by the Ministry of I.T. & Telecommunication. BSNL provides Broadband service with a trademark 'Dataone'. Their service was good enough till April. From this current month, May, their service is getting bad with frequent Server down problems. In the past 7 days. I faced this problem more than 6 times. When I call the Broadband customer care service, the people present over there are not aware on the current happenings and they just they note down the complaints. They promise to solve the issue within 24 hrs. But this is not the right service to the customers, 24 hrs is a huge time. Nowadays, BSNL is getting poorer and poorer by days. One more sad news is that Minister of this Ministry(I.T. & Telecommunication) Mr. Dayanidhi Maran resigned the post due to the family feud over the DMK party.

Final Verdict : No one cares about customer. Customer care is just a word and not in action.
